Scope of application:

Applying for delivery nationwide

Delivery time: 

After receiving the order, the staff will confirm the order information with you, the goods will be delivered immediately from 1-3 days or according to the agreement on the order.

The delivery time is calculated from the time of completing the order procedure with the sales consultant and the customer has completed the payment for the goods.

Delivery method:

For customers in Ho Chi Minh City, Long An, Binh Duong, and Dong Nai: free shipping when delivery with quantity > 500 kg.

For customers in other provinces: the shipping fee depends on a specific geographical location.

2. Payment Policy

Bao Ma Production & Trading Company Limited accepts all forms of payment by bank transfer.

The cost of payment to be paid by the buyer includes Invoice cost + Shipping fee (if the order has a shipping fee).

Note: When transferring money, to avoid confusion, customers fill in the buyer’s information according to the order.
