What is the PE bag covering pallets?

The PE bag over the pallet (also known as PE box bag, pallet bag,…) is a type of box-shaped polyethene bag with a suitable size to cover the package on the pallet to protect the transparent package. during transportation, storage in the warehouse, and also outdoors.

You can choose from a single bag or perforated roll with a PE cover, we can supply the product according to your requirements.

Material: 100% virgin PE plastic

Thickness: PE bag covering pallets can be in different thicknesses, from 1.5 to 8.0 mils.

Width, height, and depth: according to the customer’s request

Colour: Most PE bag covering pallets come in clear, black, or white plastic with high, medium, or low slip. While the transparent sheet makes it easy to see the inside of the pallet, the opaque white can shield sensitive materials.

How to determine the size of the PE bag-covered pallet

Measure the width, depth, and height of the pallet to be covered. The depth should be on the shorter side.

To determine the Width (W) of the cover, add 2.5 cm – 5 cm to the width of the pallet.

To determine the Depth (D) of the cover, add 2.5 cm – 5 cm to the depth of the pallet.

The Length (L) of the cover is determined by adding 1/2 the depth to the height.

Example: If the pallet size is 100cm (wide) x 90cm (deep) x 125cm (high), the cover dimensions are as follows: Width (W) is 105cm, Depth (D) is 95cm, Length (L) is 170cm
